To meet the cost reduction trend of photovoltaics, we launched CPC (coating-PET-coating) white reflective film products (ZTT-FGM-B01). The products are produced through the optical coating production line, and the white coatings and bonding layers are self-developed, which have excellent anti-UV performance and reflection gain; besides, with the mature manufacturing process and low manufacturing cost, the component gain is estimated by the component factory to have reached 0.8-1.2%.
To improve the impact resistance of lightweight components, the hard black plate products are introduced. Synergetic work of the laminated reinforcement materials and the resin coating corresponding to the characteristic groups realizes perfect mechanical property, electrical insulation property and  excellent weather resistance, and excellent product performance after different aging has been achieved.
In order to ensure the weather resistance of lightweight flexible components, transparent front plate products are introduced, capable to replace the front glass.The good vapor barrier ensures that the components can still maintain stable operation in wet environment;due to the high transmittance retention rate and perfect UV barrier, the transmittance retention rate is still high after various weather resistance tests, ensuring the long-term and efficient operation of the components. Accompanied by the fluorine film independently developed by our company, the wear resistance and chalking resistance of the front plates have been effectively improved.
