Screen: Copper Wire, Copper Tape

Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC), Polyethylene(PE), Low Smoke Zero Halogen compound(LSZH)

3. CHARACTERISTCS

PVC insulation:

1. Cable conductor: Max long-term temp 70℃, max short-circuit temp 160℃ (≤5s).
2. Cable laying: Ambient temp ≥0°C; below 0°C, heat cable.
3. Cable bending radius: Unarmored cables/flexible cables with screen≥6×OD, armored cables/copper tape screen cables ≥12×OD

XLPE insulation:

1. Cable conductor: max long-term temp 90℃, max short-circuit temp 250℃ (≤5s).
2. Cable laying: ambient temp ≥0°C; heat if <0°C.
3. Cable bending radius: Unarmored cables/flexible cables with screen≥8×OD, armored cables/copper tape screen cables ≥12×OD
