PVC insulation:

  1. Cable conductor: Max long-term temp 70℃, max short-circuit temp 160℃ (≤5s).

  3. Cable bending radius: Unarmored cables or flexible cables with screen≥6×OD, armored cables or copper tape screen cables ≥12×OD

XLPE insulation:

  1. Cable conductor: max long-term temp 90℃, max short-circuit temp 250℃ (≤5s).
  2. Cable laying: ambient temp ≥0°C
  3. Cable bending radius: Unarmored cables or flexible cables with screen≥8×OD, armored cables or copper tape screen cables ≥12×OD

Steel Wire Armor: It is appropriate for use in mobile equipment, electric tools, overhead cable, and short-distance laying where frequent bending or movement is required.

Steel Tape Armor : It is suitable for power transmission, fixed installation, and direct burial applications where it needs to withstand significant mechanical tension and pressure.
