  • The 215KWh liquid cooling battery outdoor cabinet integrates batteries, battery management system (BMS), power conversion system (PCS), energy management system (EMS) , temperature control system, fire protection system and power distribution system.It can be widely used in distributed energy storage application scenarios such as power generation side, grid side, and user side. The 3S (BMS+PCS+EMS) integrated design is used, grid connection, off-grid operation, high and low voltage ride through, and reactive power compensation supported.

  • The outdoor cabinet is used, and the six-sided heat preservation battery chamber reduces the impact of the external environment temperature during normal use.The bottom of the module has a specially designed U-Shaped liquid cooling plate to improve the overall heat exchange efficiency, ensuring that the temperature difference of the battery cells in the module does not exceed 1°C, and the temperature difference of the battery cells in the entire cabinet does not exceed 3°C, which greatly improves the consistency of the battery cells.The modular PCS works with the high-voltage box and BCU, fully integrated to reduce operation and maintenance costs、 and equipment size.

  • The self-developed new generation of lithium iron phosphate batteries with the cycle life of over 10,000 times are used, and technologies such as ceramic coating and trace element doping are to ensure basic safety performance while taking green environmental protection into consideration; at the same time, the BMS with multi-level balancing function is to ensure the over 20-year service life and achieve the reduction of carbon emissions.

  • The separate container design is used for the outdoor cabinet to separate batteries and equipment, which can reduce the risk of heat diffusion between containers.For fire protection, the PACK-Level monitoring and spraying solution are used. The battery module has a built-in high-sensitivity combustible gas monitoring module, which accurately monitors the abnormal status of the batteries through a four-level early warning mechanism. Meanwhile, the environment friendly and safe PERFLUORO fire extinguishing agent is covered to each battery box through the pipeline network, achieving accurate thermal runaway management and efficient cooling.

  • The energy density per unit area of the standard outdoor cabinet is 10% higher than that of traditional battery cabin products, which can reduce the project construction investment cost by at least 15%.According to the application scenario requirements and project land conditions of different projects, the flexible configuration of outdoor cabinets can meet scales from KWh-Level to MWh-Level, meeting requirements of various energy storage application scenarios.

  • The single cabinet is used, making the product small in size, meeting the transportation of vehicles, and the lifting method is simple and diverse, and the on-site construction is also convenient.The product can be integrated and commissioned in the factory, and no assembly and testing are required after transportation to the site, which can shorten the construction period by about 30%.
