Unscreened Unarmored Cable

Control cable is a type of cable that connects from the control center to various systems to transmit signals. It is used in control, monitoring, and protection circuits with a rated AC voltage of 450V/750V or below.

Due to the characteristics of unscreened unarmored cable, which has advantages in certain specific applications.

Insulation：Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC), Cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)
Filler: Polypropylene(PP)
Wrapping: Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC), Polyethylene(PE)
Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC), Polyethylene(PE), Low Smoke Zero Halogen compound(LSZH)

APPLICATION

ZTT’s unscreened unarmored cable is suitable for fixed installation indoors, used for controlling circuit transmission. To be laid directly in ground, outdoors, indoors and in cable ducts.

Cable conductor: Max long-term temp 70℃, max short-circuit temp 160℃ (≤5s).
Cable layingtemp:≥0°C
Cable bending radius: Unarmored cables or flexible cables with screen≥6×OD, armored cables or copper tape screen cables ≥12×OD

XLPE insulation:

Cable conductor: max long-term temp 90℃, max short-circuit temp 250℃ (≤5s).
Cable laying: ambient temp ≥0°C
Cable bending radius: Unarmored cables or flexible cables with screen≥8×OD, armored cables or copper tape screen cables ≥12×OD
