Comprehensive Hydrogen Production System Solution

The overall hydrogen production system solution is a complete engineering integration plan that uses specific energy sources and raw materials as the basis, and through core conversion, separation and purification, as well as intelligent control processes, produces qualified hydrogen on a large scale. The current development focuses on the “green electricity to green hydrogen” integrated system that is deeply coupled with renewable energy, as well as highly integrated and rapidly deployable modular and containerized designs, aiming to reduce the levelized hydrogen production cost and improve operational flexibility.

Our Solution

Containerized hydrogen production system

Utilizes 20-foot/40-foot standard containers, aligned with domestic and international standards for easy transportation.
Features a short construction period, strong scalability, and reduced construction costs.

New generation of high-performance alkaline electrolyze

The DC energy consumption is 3.98 kW·h/Nm³, and the cell voltage consistency rate is ≤4%.；
30%-110% operating conditions + 20%/120% limit + 1-3%/s rapid load increase and decrease；
One-click cold and hot start and stop, and simulation of new energy wind power output curve adaptation

Green Hydrogen Smart Control and Dispatch System

The system takes renewable energy (wind/solar) output curves as input, fully accounts for the fluctuation characteristics of these resources, and collects data via interfaces to build a system network—modeling the internal mechanisms and couplings among wind/solar power generation, electrolysis-based hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, and hydrogen utilization.
Based on predefined strategies and intelligent algorithms, the system performs condition analysis, parameter optimization, and coordinated control to design smart dispatch and energy balance strategies. It enables key functions including grid interaction, power balance, coordinated control, smart scheduling, and real-time optimization, ensuring full-process adaptability.

Dafeng Port Green Hydrogen Energy Integration Project

Jiangsu’s first integrated “multi-energy coupling off-grid hydrogen production” innovation project, demonstrates seamless integration of renewable power generation, storage, and hydrogen production, setting a benchmark for energy transition in coastal industrial zones.
Combines 3 MW rooftop distributed PV, 1 MW/2 MWh grid-forming energy storage, and 2 MW alkaline electrolyzers with a self-developed smart microgrid energy management system.
Achieves 100% renewable hydrogen production with annual output of 46.8 tons.

Rudong Offshore Hydrogen Production & Storage Demonstration Project

An integrated hydrogen production, storage, and utilization facility located on Coastal tidal flats of Rudong County, Jiangsu., with production capacity of 1,500 Nm³/h green hydrogen via centralized PV-powered electrolysis and 500 kg/day refueling capacity .
Dual electrolyzer modules (1,000 Nm³/h + 500 Nm³/h) equipped with hydrogen purification systems and dedicated hydrogen loading stations, with an annual operational capacity of 3,600 hours.The project is under construction and is expected to be completed by mid-2026.

UK Photovoltaic Direct-Connected Electrolysis Pilot

The project utilizes a photovoltaic power supply system provided by HyWaves, a company spun off from Cranfield University, while ZTTCE supplies the 0.5 Nm³/h hydrogen production system. The overall efficiency testing is conducted at the hydrogen energy R&D center test site of Cranfield University in 2024. The research and testing aim to reduce energy loss in the photovoltaic hydrogen production system and increase hydrogen output.
