KYN28A-12 series switchgear is a type of indoor metal-clad withdrawable medium-voltage switchgear equipment, widely applied in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, commercial buildings and other locations for power distribution and control purposes.

Product Description

ZTMNS series is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear system designed for circuit protection and control,standards compliance(IEC 61439/ GB/T 7251).Key Components including circuit breaker,current transformer,voltage transformer,disconnection switch etc.Protection mechanism is when fault (Short-circuit ,Overload,Ground fault)is detected,CT/PT detect abnormal parameters,then protection relay triggers, breaker opens,fault isolation confirmed via auxiliary contacts finally.The control circuits within the control cabinet can achieve remote or local operation of the isolating switch and circuit breaker, including closing and opening, etc. The current transformer and voltage transformer provide the necessary information for the protection device and measuring instrument to monitor the circuit status and make necessary data records.

Modular drawer-type structure Standard drawer unit height: 8E (200mm) / 16E (400mm), supports hot swapping (rated current ≤ 630A). The drawer mechanical interlock ensures “closing cannot be shaken out, and the separation position can be locked”.
High segment capacity Main bus short-time withstand current: 50kA – 100kA (1s)
Intelligent management Integrated digital instruments, power quality monitoring, wireless temperature measurement (optional). Supports Profibus, Modbus TCP communication, seamlessly integrated with SCADA system.
Safety protection Protection level: IP30 – IP54 (upgradeable dust and waterproof). The cabinet body is made of galvanized steel sheet / stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance.
Flexible configuration Can be combined with various functional units such as incoming/outgoing panel, capacitor compensation cabinet, and motor control cabinet.
