  • Conductor Structure Testing Equipment:
  By introducing new technologies, the system can perform automatic, precise measurements of finished aluminum wire mass per meter, stranding direction, outer diameter, pitch, pitch‑to‑diameter ratio, resistivity, and forming height of a single wire, and upload the measurements to the MES.

  1. The system performs fully automatic testing of conductor resistivity, diameter, tensile strength, and elongation, and links key test parameters to the corresponding conductor products to interface with the MES via the host computer;
  2. The system features automatic removal of scrap wire to ensure the safety and reliability during automation;
  3. The system supports online QR code scanning for a one‑to‑one match between each product and its QR code to ensure the accuracy of test data.
  • Semi-automatic Winding and Torsion Testing Machine:
Unlike traditional winding and torsion testing machines, this equipment automates sample clamping, automatic tensile force adaptation, and beyond. Also, it links test data to the corresponding products to upload the linked data to the MES via the host computer.

②Feature: Testers’ workload is substantially reduced, while testing efficiency is improved.

It is primarily used for intelligent detection of indicators such as conductor stranding structure, wire diameter, pitch, tensile strength, and bending fatigue resistance, covering online monitoring of production lines, quality inspection of finished products, research and development sample testing, and third-party testing laboratories, achieving full-process automated quality control.
