HTLS Gap Conductor (GZTACSR/EST)

Gap-type Thermal-resistant Aluminum-alloy Conductor Extra-high-strength Steel Reinforced

  • Super thermal resistant aluminum alloy, double current carrying capacity at continuous working temperature 210℃.
  • Extra high strength steel core, to support the whole tension of conductor and  stress on steel core only.
  • Gap structure between aluminum layer and steel core. T shaped aluminum alloy wire to form the gap & tube structure. Gap filled with grease, steel core slip freely for the load transfer during stringing.
  • High temperature low sag performance, upgrading the line capacity without replacing tower, saving space and land resources.
  • Convenient installation.
