Product Description

ZTT all-dry optical cables feature advanced single-mode or multimode fibers housed in high-modulus PBT micro-loose tubes. Unlike traditional designs, these tubes incorporate innovative dry water-blocking technology using superabsorbent polymers (SAP) instead of messy gels. A central non-metallic FRP strength member provides robust reinforcement, around which the tubes (and optional filler rods) are precisely stranded to form an optimized circular cable core.
The cable employs multiple layers of high-performance dry water-blocking materials:SAP-coated yarns for longitudinal water resistanceWater-blocking tapes between core and sheath Optional armored protection (corrugated steel or non-metallic aramid)
The final outer sheath utilizes specially formulated polyethylene (PE) or LSZH material, offering:Ultra-smooth surface for reduced friction during installationExcellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals and UV radiation Environmentally friendly composition
