ZTT’s umbilicals are engineered for critical subsea applications in oil & gas and renewable energy markets. They integrate hydraulic lines, electrical cables, and fiber optics within an armored, multi‐layer structure designed to withstand harsh deep‐sea environments—including pressures up to 3,000 meters, corrosive seawater, and dynamic loads. Our umbilicals support long‐term subsea production control, ROV operations, and real‐time monitoring, and are custom‐designed to ensure reliability over a 20‑30 year service life. Featuring advanced materials and real‐time integrity assessment, ZTT umbilicals offer unmatched performance for modern subsea developments.

Multi-Service Inner Core: Combines 3kV–36kV XLPE-insulated power cables, shielded signal pairs, single-mode fibers (100Gbps data), and high-pressure super duplex steel tubes (10,000psi) for power, control, data, and fluid transfer. Robust Structural Reinforcement: Features Z-spiral steel armor (316L grade) to handle installation tensions up to 210 kN, with anti-buckling fillers to maintain integrity under repeated bending. Advanced Protective Envelope: Outer sheathing includes UV-resistant HDPE for surface applications and lead sheathing for ultra-deepwater environments (>2,000m), providing full protection against pressure, abrasion, and corrosion.

High Voltage Capacity

Up to 20kV operation reduces current and power loss. Precision HDPE extrusion guarantees high reliability.

Deep-Sea Operation

Rated for 8,000 meters depth. Tested at 127MPa with real-time optical attenuation and insulation integrity monitoring.

Low Signal Attenuation

G.654D optical fibers maintain attenuation below 0.16 dB/km.
